This role supports the delivery, improvement, and performance of enterprise maintenance and estate-management applications.
You will own assigned application workstreams, translating operational needs into standardized, scalable solutions and measurable improvements.
Working closely with operators, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will coordinate requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
The position combines business analysis, project delivery, application expertise, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
You will help improve workflows covering work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and unit turns while maintaining strong data quality and governance.
Success will require strong ownership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies.

• Own assigned application workstreams and deliverables, managing priorities, plans, dependencies, and outcomes in partnership with the Lead Business Applications Analyst.
• Coordinate work packages, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality across Business Applications Analysts, operators, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans and track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and change requests for assigned workstreams.
• Build effective relationships with operators, internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to support business objectives and successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, capture business needs, document requirements, and help define processes, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Work with business users, application vendors, consultants, IT, and support teams to clarify scope, timelines, priorities, trade-offs, integrations, data readiness, and issue resolution.
• Support the standardized design and continuous improvement of work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, unit turns, and related estate-management workflows.
• Apply knowledge of Yardi Facilities Manager (FM) and Yardi Maintenance IQ (MIQ) to support solution design, configuration decisions, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate application configuration, integrations, data readiness, and technical issue resolution across assigned workstreams.
• Maintain functional documentation, design standards, governance requirements, quality assurance, and data integrity.
• Plan and execute UAT activities, including test scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Support operational readiness through training, SOPs, communications, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, help drive user adoption, and promote effective use of business applications.
• Provide clear status updates, recommendations, and issue summaries while escalating material risks, blockers, and resourcing needs.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve blockers and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Monitor one-time and recurring workstream costs against business cases or budgets and support ROI analysis.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across workflows, user experience, data quality, and application performance.

Requirements:

• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in operations, facilities or estate-management systems, business applications, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing maintenance, estate-management, or enterprise business applications.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Facilities Manager (FM), Yardi Maintenance IQ (MIQ), and Direct Supply TELS.
• Experience owning or making significant individual contributions to application workstreams covering requirements, configuration coordination, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Strong business analysis and process-design skills across work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, unit turns, and related operational workflows.
• Strong project delivery capabilities, including planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, testing, and Agile practices.
• Experience supporting go-live activities, operational readiness, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live application support.
• Experience working directly with operators, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, written and verbal communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent priorities while understanding dependencies across broader programs and application environments.
• Strong requirements documentation, quality assurance, root-cause analysis, change management, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities, solve complex problems, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience delivering system changes within a SOX environment is preferred.
• Agile, Six Sigma, PMP, or related project delivery certification is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel outside the local area and stay overnight when required by specific projects.
