CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

CrankyApe.com is now hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Hastings, MN corporate office! This is an entry level position. This person will answer phones, greet our customers, and assist them with their needs.

Essential Functions:

• Answering muti-line phones

• Count cash drawer

• Check emails and faxes

• Retrieve voicemails

• Assist customers with the pickup of auction items

• Processing, scanning, and filing paperwork

• Process payments for auction items via cash, credit card, debit card, and wire transfer

• Fill out DMV temp tags

• Fill out title work, transfer titles, and mail out titles

• Handle all post sale issues, storage letters, and payments

• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels

• Resolves problems and/or customer complaints by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook.)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

• Ability to communicate effectively via oral or written means.

• Able to multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.

• Dependable, team player with a strong mentality focused on customer service.

Hours of Operation

· Full-time

· Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM

· Rotating Saturdays 9:00AM – 12:00PM with overtime as needed
