Restaurant Manager - Front of House in Gilbert, Arizona at Joe's Real BBQ

Depending on skill set of successful applicant, this Manager may take primary responsibility for topoarizona.com on the property. Applicants should consider this when applying and know about our Topo concept.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant
• Responsible for catering operations
• Close coordination with General Manager and Kitchen manager
• Previous Managerial experience preferred
• Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Ability to thrive in a high volume environment
• Each FOH Manager directly supervises employees, so previous human resource management experience is beneficial
• Previous experience with scheduling management programs, Excel and Word preferred
