• Develop and continuously improve ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, processing, and availability.

• Work extensively with Databricks, applying engineering best practices while contributing to platform governance and evolution.

• Organize and maintain data catalogs, ensuring information is standardized, reliable, discoverable, and of high quality.

• Build and maintain integrations between multiple data sources, ensuring performance, consistency, and data quality.

• Develop data solutions using AWS and Databricks as part of the ongoing evolution of the data platform.

• Monitor and optimize production pipelines, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and timely data delivery.

• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to understand new data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure high-quality, low-latency data availability for teams and business applications.

• Contribute to architectural improvements, engineering standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to a culture of strong data engineering practices.

• Solid professional experience as a Data Engineer, including the development and maintenance of production-grade data pipelines.

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, using the platform regularly to develop and operate data solutions.

• Practical experience with AWS and ETL processes.

• Knowledge of data governance, data cataloging, data quality, and information management practices.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Kafka, Kibana, and Elasticsearch.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.

• English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.

• Databricks certification or other relevant data-platform certifications.

• Experience working in technology companies or high-scale fintech environments.

• Experience with Data Lakes and modern data architecture patterns.

• Experience handling large volumes of data.
