Youth Engagement Leaders are the heart of the company. Each Leader is responsible for guiding a group of students through academics, leadership development, enrichment, and daily activities while creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment. This role helps students build confidence, character, and life skills through our unique SEALTeam model while ensuring every child feels supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.

What You’ll Do
– Lead and supervise an assigned group of students
– Facilitate homework support, leadership lessons, and enrichment activities
– Build positive relationships with students and families
– Reinforce character development, teamwork, and weekly affirmations
– Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment
– Collaborate with fellow staff to deliver a high-quality after-school experience

Ideal Candidate

You’re energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with youth. You enjoy leading groups, creating meaningful relationships, and helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Snapshot

Locations: Arlington

Schedule: Monday-Friday (school days)

Hours: 10-15 hours per week (varies by location), 3 - 6 PM Daily

Compensation: $17-$20 per hour

Must BE over 18

Reports To: Site Director
