Job Title: Server
Location: Thrive Senior Living
Hours: 3:30pm-8:00pm and/or 6:30am-10:30am
Reports To: Dining Services Manager

Job Summary:
Thrive Senior Living is seeking friendly and service-oriented Servers to join our dining team. This hourly position is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional hospitality while working in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and courteous service to residents during meal times.
Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Communicate effectively with residents and kitchen staff to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met.
Assist in clearing and cleaning tables, as well as resetting for the next meal service.
Support a positive and team-oriented dining environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living dining preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with seniors.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods.
Must be available to work evenings from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
