We operate as an extension of your team on retainer, project-based, or as interim HR leadership so you get the right expertise exactly when you need it. Our sourcing and recruitment services span role scoping, job marketing, structured interviewing, and offer-to-onboarding coordination, with a focus on candidate quality, speed, and compliance. We design and deliver training programs (new-hire onboarding, manager essentials, compliance, and role-specific skill building) that improve ramp time and performance while reinforcing your culture.
We support the full employee lifecycle with proactive employee relations, respectful investigations, and clear, compliant documentation. Our performance book maintenance keeps evaluations, goals, and corrective actions organized, audit-ready, and aligned to business outcomes. We plan, implement, and maintain HRIS platforms (selection, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, analytics, and user training) to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve data integrity.
Beyond core services, Yinergy manages all ad hoc HR needs: compensation benchmarking and leveling, org design and workforce planning, benefits and leave administration, payroll coordination, compliance audits, DEI and culture initiatives, and change management communications. Whether you’re building HR from the ground up or optimizing a mature function, Yinergy provides scalable, practical solutions that elevate employee experience and drive measurable business results.
