Job Description

Essential Functions
- Excellent use of standard measurement equipment (i.e., micrometers, verniers, etc.)
- Excellent Blueprint reading skills
- Experience and good skills on comparator
- Program and operate Zeiss brand CMM using Calypso
- Ability/Availability to work overtime and weekends when required by customer demands
- Inspect incoming materials (tools, material, customer returns, etc.)
- Complete and file all applicable Inspection/Quality paperwork
- Experience and good skills with windows applications (i.e., MSWord, MS Excel, etc.)
- Review proposals (i.e., prints) to ensure a proper quality plan is feasible with the given job
- Actively seek out WIP jobs and complete First-Off inspections to assist in the timely delivery of customer products.
- Familiarize yourself with shipment priorities and ensure that these jobs are not delayed due to quality/inspection reasons.
- Communication with all AFMs and CETs as needed.
- Complete and file all applicable Inspection/Quality paperwork
- Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
Compensation & Benefits
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $35.00 -$38.00 per hour.

Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years advanced education-in-trade
Experience:
Minimum 5 years work experience in Zeiss / Calypso programming.
