  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to evaluate product performance and business impact.
  • Convert strategic opportunities into clear product requirements, roadmaps, experiments, and execution plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audience growth, retention, personalization, monetization, and overall fan lifetime value.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience combined with a deep understanding of consumer products, sports audiences, and digital engagement strategies. You should be comfortable working in fast-moving environments where data, experimentation, and innovation drive decision-making.

  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products, ideally within sports media, publishing, fantasy sports, gaming, betting, community platforms, or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of US sports culture and an understanding of how fans discover, engage with, and build relationships with teams, athletes, creators, and communities.
  • Proven experience delivering products or features that improved engagement, retention, personalization, audience growth, monetization, or customer lifetime value.
  • Experience building or scaling community, loyalty, participation, prediction, personalization, or gamification experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with fan identity, audience segmentation, registration flows, or first-party data products.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience using customer insights, analytics, testing frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to independently manage initiatives from concept through launch, optimization, and iteration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
