- Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue growth strategies and support key business objectives.
- Own the development and execution of growth initiatives, experiments, and scalable revenue programs.
- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Build and manage a growth organization focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Lead experimentation initiatives across channels to improve business performance and revenue generation.
- Develop reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track growth metrics and business impact.
- Manage team development, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational growth.

- 7–13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership, growth, strategy, or revenue-focused role.
- Strong understanding of business models, revenue metrics, and growth strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and convert insights into effective business decisions.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience building and scaling growth initiatives, experimentation frameworks, or revenue programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward action.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance through effective leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities with comfort working with business metrics and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of digital growth concepts, including copywriting, website optimization, and user experience improvements.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
