The Senior Enterprise AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving AI-powered solutions that support complex enterprise operations. The role requires a combination of software engineering expertise, cloud knowledge, and Generative AI capabilities to deliver secure and scalable applications.
- Design and develop enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and modern cloud technologies.
- Build AI-powered workflow automation solutions for complex business processes.
- Develop AI agents using AWS Bedrock Agents and Guardrails.
- Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise knowledge bases.
- Integrate enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP through secure REST API integrations.
- Develop document-processing workflows, including PDF extraction, OCR capabilities, and business-rule validation.
- Build scalable cloud-native backend services using AWS.
- Develop React-based interfaces for AI-powered business applications.
- Create and maintain GenAI CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Implement Responsible AI principles, governance practices, and security standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to continuously improve AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and Generative AI development. They should have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience building AI Agents using AWS Bedrock Agents and Guardrails.
- Experience developing Generative AI applications and implementing Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP using BAPI and OData.
- Experience working with OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Amazon S3, and Amazon Cognito.
- Experience developing React applications.
- Experience building enterprise workflow automation solutions.
- Experience creating GenAI CI/CD pipelines and working with GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
