$21.70/Hour to Start
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintain Calibration status of all panel gauges, inspection tools and fixtures
· Perform calibrations on panel gauges, calipers, micrometers, gauge pins and other lab
equipment
· Updating Gagepak software in a timely manner so gauges are not past due
· Perform minor repairs or additions to panel gauges as needed
· Communicating with inspectors on repair needs (receiving repair tickets) and closing
them out in a timely manner
· Coordinate all outsourced calibration with appropriate vendors
· Clean panel gauges and tools as needed, maintain QC lab equipment
· Perform preventive maintenance duties
· Maintain calibration records
Requirements:Qualifications/Competencies:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
·1+ Year Quality and/or Technical Experience
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Organized and detail oriented
· Willingness to learn, being flexible in job duties and direction
· Basic hand tool use
· Basic computer literacy, data entry is required for position
· Exceptional attendance is a must
· Multi-tasking; Repairs, calibrations and working on a PC
· 1+ years Prior experience using measuring equipment, such as Calipers, scales, taper gauge, plug gauge, ring gauge, thread gauge, height gauge, dial indicator, micrometers
