ABOUT THIS ROLEWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Corporate Admin to support our corporate operations. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for a current college student or an aspiring professional looking to build a corporate resume, develop essential business acumen, and gain hands-on administrative experience. This role will report to the Vice President of Corporate Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk & Communications: Answer the office door and main telephone line, greeting guests and routing inquiries professionally.
- Mail & Logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and send packages, including making physical drop-offs at FedEx, UPS, and the post office.
- Meeting Support: Handle full conference room setup and preparation for upcoming corporate meetings.
- Meal Coordination: Order and retrieve catering or lunches for scheduled corporate meetings and executive needs.
- Office Sustainability: Maintain office eco-standards by dropping off recyclable materials locally.
- Human Resources: provides support to the human resources function.
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset: A curious self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.

The compensation for this position is $23/hr. This position does not meet the requirements of a regular full-time position, no benefits are offered with the exception of what is mandated by federal and state regulations.
