Job Summary: The Implementation Engineer at Ravenshore, is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the deployment of software solutions for clients. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of products and services.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and develop implementation strategies

• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client needs

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation

• Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams throughout the implementation process

• Provide technical guidance and training to clients and end-users

• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Other Duties as assigned

Education/Certifications/Licenses

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation or related roles

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software development tools

• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies

Physical, Mental Demands/Working Environment

Physical Requirements: Light work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally (up to 33% of the time). Requires the ability to work designated shift lengths (including 8 and 12 hours).Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing, bending and moving.
