Schedule: Flexible, approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends

At Moxie Pest Control, we believe genuine care makes a difference! We're looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing & Content Assistant to help bring the Moxie brand to life throughout the Phoenix Valley.

This isn't your typical desk job! You'll have the opportunity to create engaging social media content, work alongside our Field Experts, connect with local organizations, and represent Moxie at exciting community events.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Capture and edit engaging photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Create fun, authentic content featuring our team, customers, and community involvement.
• Assist with social media calendars, captions, scheduling, and campaigns.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Participate in Field Expert ride-alongs and community activities to capture content.

Community Outreach & Events

• Research and identify local events, sponsorships, and community partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with schools, HOAs, nonprofits, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Help coordinate and attend community events throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Represent Moxie professionally while connecting with homeowners and community members.
• Support lead generation efforts and track event participation and results.

Grassroots Marketing

• Assist with neighborhood marketing campaigns and local promotions.
• Support the coordination and distribution of marketing materials.
• Help execute creative marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and strengthen community relationships.

We're looking for someone who brings creativity, positive energy, and a genuine passion for connecting with others!

Our ideal candidate:

• Is outgoing, personable, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Enjoys creating social media content and staying current with trends.
• Has experience filming and editing short-form videos.
• Is familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar programs.
• Has strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and follows through on projects.
• Enjoys working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Is adaptable and comfortable working in the office, out in the field, and at community events.

• Experience creating social media content through work, internships, freelance projects, or personal accounts.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance for business-related travel.
• Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, including Arizona summer conditions, while following safety procedures.

Preferred but not required:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or community outreach.
• Experience with event coordination or community partnerships.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio showcasing previous content creation work.
