Night Auditor in Savannah, Georgia at EWAN HOSPITALITY LLC

As a Night Auditor at IHG Hotels and Resorts, you’ll oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift 11pm-7am, while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests. This role combines guest service, front desk support, and basic accounting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts.
• Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports.
• Answer phones with a professional and warm demeaner, process reservations, and assist with guest requests empathetically.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night.
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation.
• Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic computer and math skills
• Basic cleaning skills and inventory skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required
