At CareOne Senior Care, we believe quality care starts with people who care. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, feel supported, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Depending on the client's needs and the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and friendly conversation

• Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home tidy

• Preparing simple meals and assisting with meal setup

• Providing reminders for daily routines

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs when assigned

• Supporting safe movement and walking, as needed

• Providing respectful and patient care

• Following the client's care plan and reporting concerns to the office

• Helping clients maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home

• $15–$17 per hour for regular caregiver assignments

• Select specialty assignments paying up to $22.50 per hour

• Next-day pay options for eligible earnings

• $150 referral bonus for eligible referrals who meet program requirements

• Mileage reimbursement for approved transportation

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Dependable, patient, and respectful

• Good communication skills

• Willing to complete required background screening and TB testing

• Able to follow instructions and provide care according to the client's needs

• Caregiving or senior care experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance are required for assignments involving transportation
