Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for multiple per diem opportunities in Lindenhurst and throughout Suffolk County.

We currently have a wonderful opportunity to care for a sweet female client in need of a compassionate and dependable HHA. This position offers a consistent 7-hour shift, making it a great opportunity for an aide looking for a rewarding case close to home.

Available Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Qualifications

• Active New York State HHA Certification required

• Minimum of one year of HHA experience

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Required Health Documentation

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
