Payroll Representative (full or part time) in Lake Zurich, Illinois at R&R Human Resources Solutions

Our client is a growing payroll company located in Lake Zurich and is seeking a detail oriented and organized Customer Service/Payroll Representative to work full or part-time Monday through Thursday and/or Friday in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in processing payrolls for small to medium sized businesses.

This is an on-site position, due to the sensitive nature of our work, no remote work is allowed.

Responsibilities include

• Set-up, process and review client payrolls.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
• Respond to client inquiries.
• Manage inventory and administrative projects for the office.

Additional working hours are expected at the start and end of each quarter, especially December and January.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years payroll experience in a corporate payroll environment or working in or with a payroll service.

Must be detail oriented and love numbers.

Familiarity with basic payroll laws is strongly desired.
