Tcnico(a) de Campo III | Regio de Ja e Brotas/SP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Técnico(a) de Campo III | Região de Jaú e Brotas/SP based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on field role supporting industrial customers across the Jaú and Brotas region of São Paulo.
You will conduct technical visits, laboratory and field tests, and product performance evaluations directly at customer sites.
The position plays an important role in improving production processes and supporting customer retention and growth.
You will monitor product applications, provide technical guidance, collect samples, and help ensure reliable service delivery.
The role combines technical expertise, customer interaction, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to safety.
It offers an opportunity to work closely with industrial processes while developing practical expertise in a dynamic field environment.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct technical visits at customer facilities and prepare detailed reports documenting activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Perform laboratory and field testing to evaluate product performance and support the retention and acquisition of customer accounts.
  • Monitor product applications at customer sites and provide technical guidance to improve production processes and operational performance.
  • Complete all scheduled services at customer facilities within the required deadlines and according to established procedures.
  • Manage and monitor the daily use of materials and supplies at customer locations.
  • Collect customer samples and ensure their appropriate submission for laboratory analysis.
  • Use relevant online tools and systems, such as LWR, Acumen, FDS, and other digital resources required for field activities.
  • Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental policies and actively participate in company safety meetings.
  • Maintain equipment responsibly and ensure that field activities are performed with a high level of care, integrity, and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Degree or technical education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with industrial processes or related technical environments is desirable.
  • Experience working with sugar and ethanol plants is considered a strong advantage.
  • Availability to travel as required to support customers throughout the assigned territory.
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer tools.
  • Strong customer focus, proactive attitude, and ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Clear, assertive communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance effectively.
  • Strong organization, discipline, attention to procedures, and ability to follow established instructions.
  • Sense of responsibility and care when handling equipment, materials, and customer facilities.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, teamwork, and professional conduct.
