Position Summary:

The Credit Adjustment Analyst III is responsible for managing and resolving customer credits, debits, deductions, and return-related transactions to ensure accurate account reconciliation and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, distribution partners, contracts, warehouse operations, customer service teams, and internal business units to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies, process credits, and support deduction management activities.The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. This position requires experience in credit and deduction processing, customer account management, and working within complex business environments where accuracy, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service are critical to success.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Run return report after warehouse receipts products to review and release credits accordingly.
  • Work with various divisions within BBraun regarding pending warehouse receipts.
  • Monitor aging returns working with warehouse and the customer to confirm return.
  • Track and issue credits/debits for direct and government accounts regarding deductions, working with customer, contracts, and the warehouse.
  • Work with BBraun Infusion Systems customer service and Carrolton, TX regarding credits/debits on capital equipment orders and repairs.
  • Provide proof of deliveries for deductions and unpaid orders utilizing carrier websites and direct contacts.
  • Key liaison for specific distributor accounts to work on all deductions with the customer, contracts, internal distributor team, and the warehouse.
  • Work with contracts regarding allocation fees, backhaul fees, and inventory services fees.

  • Requires working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization.

  • Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
  • May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
  • Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc

Required:

  • High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
  • 04+ years related experience required.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance
  • Occasional business travel required

Hybrid schedule working Tues, Wed, Thurs in office

Salary Range: $20 - $26/hr
