Job Description
Where Service Meets Style
Palm Aire Country Club isn’t your typical restaurant and that’s exactly the point.
We’re a private, member-owned country club on the Manatee/Sarasota county line where hospitality is personal. Our members are familiar faces, our team knows what great service looks like and dining is about creating an experience, not flipping tables as fast as possible. We’re looking for experienced Servers who know how to read a table, anticipate what a guest needs and deliver polished service without making it feel stuffy. If you take pride in what you do, enjoy getting to know the people you serve and want to work somewhere that still believes hospitality should actually feel hospitable, you may have just found your place.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Consistent Schedule – Lunch, dinner and banquet shifts available. Closed Mondays - enjoy a guaranteed day off every week!
- No Late Nights – We’re not a late-night venue, so you can say goodbye to 2 a.m. closes.
- Competitive Pay – Starting at $20/hour, with gratuity built in. (You may still receive additional tips but your income is stable and predictable.)
- A different kind of customer relationship. Our members come back again and again. You have the opportunity to learn their names, remember their favorites and become part of what makes their Club feel like home.
- A team environment. We value employees who communicate, pitch in and treat one another with respect.
- Exceptional Environment – Beautiful surroundings, friendly members and a professional culture that values respect and teamwork.
- The perks are pretty hard to beat. Eligible employees have access to an outstanding benefits package and Club amenities-Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Padel, Gym, and Pool, because perks matter!
We’re looking for someone with previous serving experience, preferably in a country club, resort, hotel or quality dining environment. You should be comfortable managing your tables from greeting through departure, knowledgeable or eager to learn about menus, specials and wine pairings and able to provide attentive service without hovering. Most importantly, you should genuinely enjoy hospitality. We can teach our systems. We can teach our menu. What we can’t teach is the instinct to notice the empty glass, remember the member who likes extra lemon and understand that the little things are usually the things people remember. If you’re a hospitality professional who enjoys bringing charm and consistency to every guest experience and you’re ready to work in a place that values both tradition and teamwork, Palm Aire Country Club is waiting for you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Palm Aire is a place where tradition still matters, but we’re always looking for ways to make the member and employee experience better. We work hard, we have fun and we take pride in doing things well. If you’re an experienced hospitality professional looking for good people, steady income, great benefits and a workplace where you can actually build relationships with the people you serve, we’d love to meet you. At Palm Aire, our employees are part of the family. We offer a fun, supportive, and vibrant work culture where your creativity and ideas are valued. Apply today and discover why service at Palm Aire isn’t just a job, it’s a career with class.
