This part time (10 hours per week) Custodian role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the Mascoma Bank Littleton NH office. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring our spaces are well-maintained, organized, and welcoming for team members and customers alike.
What You’ll Do- Clean floors, surfaces, and restrooms to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Remove trash and transport recycling to outside zero-sort dumpsters
- Disinfect spaces, clean break rooms, and restock supplies
- Wash windows and maintain general appearance of facilities
- Operate and maintain modern powered cleaning equipment
- Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with MSDS/SDS guidelines
- Follow all safety protocols and successfully complete a background check
- Perform additional duties as needed to support facilities operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MSDS/SDS sheets, and safety standards
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Professional appearance consistent with Mascoma Bank standards
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between locations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Work involves a mix of standing, walking, and light physical activity
- Use of business equipment and cleaning machinery
- Work takes place in well-lit, well-ventilated environments
Background and Credit Check
