  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with operational timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in carpentry and residential maintenance or renovation work.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, construction methods, and building materials.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance and construction environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work scopes.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents and team members.
  • Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma and 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
