Service Advisor in Columbia, South Carolina at Rechtien International Trucks

Carolina International Trucks is seeking experienced and dependable Service Writer (Advisor) to join our team at our Columbia location.

Position Summary:

• Can ascertain truck problems and services required as per customer's description of issue; able to conduct inspection;
• Develops estimates; prepares repair orders (RO);
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of truck; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns;
• Semi-monthly Salary paid with monthly bonus;
• Experienced with the CDK (ADP) Dealer System is a Plus, but we will train;
• Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude.;
• Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday
