Job Description

Summary:

Skilled in web projects and graphic design, the Business Analyst - Web Developer will support the marketing team in maintaining the company website and SharePoint, and creating various marketing materials.

What You'll Do:

Web Management:

• Maintain existing corporate webpages and develop new pages on the Shopify platform

• Manage and integrate third-party plugins, software, and tools within the website environment

• Optimize website content and structure to ensure SEO compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website-related projects and initiatives

Marketing:

• Analyze ERP and CRM data to support business and marketing decisions

• Develop marketing dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns

• Maintain product lifecycle information, pricing, and BOM records

• Coordinate and organize sales Confluence meetings

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Graphics & Media Design:

• Utilize AI-powered tools to generate marketing content such as images, videos and graphic.

• Perform image and video editing using Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations
  • Previous experience in website design and have a portfolio to share in your cover letter
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint preferred)
  • Strong Shopify knowledge is a bonus
