Senior Solution Consultant (POC Architecture Team)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant (POC Architecture Team) based in the United States United States.

This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and financial performance technology, supporting the design and delivery of advanced Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted technical and functional expert, translating complex business challenges into compelling, AI-enabled Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions. The position plays a critical role in shaping customer perceptions during the sales cycle by demonstrating product value through tailored, high-impact demos and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and enablement teams to ensure POC success and continuous innovation. The role also contributes directly to product evolution by transforming customer feedback into actionable insights for engineering and roadmap planning. It is a highly visible, client-facing position requiring both deep technical expertise and strong consultative skills. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by innovation in finance and AI-driven analytics.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions that address complex enterprise business requirements and demonstrate platform value.
  • Act as the technical and functional expert supporting the sales organization throughout the pre-sales and solution evaluation cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and enablement teams to ensure high-quality and impactful POC execution.
  • Translate client needs and POC outcomes into actionable insights that inform product enhancements and roadmap development.
  • Develop scalable demo assets, solution templates, and reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency across engagements.
  • Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance solution design, automation, and delivery efficiency.
  • Lead consultative discussions with prospects to identify business challenges and design tailored CPM solutions.
  • Continuously refine technical approaches and best practices to improve POC success rates and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in CPM, pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
  • Strong experience designing and building enterprise applications, dashboards, or data-driven solutions.
  • Solid understanding of CPM concepts such as planning, consolidations, reporting, data integration, and analytics.
  • Experience working with data modeling, financial systems, or analytics platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in applying emerging technologies to business solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including exposure to SQL, data transformation, or scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, VBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to engage senior business and technical leaders.
  • Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
