Principal Duties & Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end paid campaign execution for a top skincare brand , which encompasses spearheading performance across all digital channels, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of budget allocations, and translating strategy into spend that directly delivers high returns. The role operates within Etaily's AI-native e-retail growth partner ecosystem, driving measurable GMV and revenue growth across Southeast Asia's key e-retail platforms.

You will report to the leadership team, serve as the technical owner of paid campaigns , and champion cross-channel spend management to ensure budgets are consistently allocated to the highest-return placements. This person should be deeply confident with technology, living in dashboards and acting directly on what the numbers say. You will work closely with the Growth Strategist to align on campaign direction and coordinate with the Social Commerce Team on content and live selling assets. The ideal candidate understands the intricacies of digital marketing algorithms, is highly comfortable working with multi-channel shared budget pools , and is the kind of proactive individual who catches problems early, acts fast, and justifies every decision with data.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead end-to-end paid campaign execution including, but not limited to, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, budget allocation, and bid management alongside continuous on-the-ground optimization.
  • Monitor performance metrics closely against specific GMV, ROAS, and cost-per-acquisition targets on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Oversee cross-channel spend management, ensuring that advertising budgets are dynamically shifted to the highest-return placements at all times.
  • Coordinate closely with the Growth Strategist regarding high-level campaign direction and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Social Commerce Team to align content and live selling assets with active paid media pushes.
  • Consolidate platform reporting into highly clear, comprehensive performance summaries designated for client-facing reviews.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and promptly flag underperforming placements with data-backed, recommended corrective actions.
  • Ensure all campaigns go live on time, every single time, maintaining an operational standard of zero execution errors.
  • Provide proactive performance updates to the Growth Strategist and the client, avoiding reactive explanations.
  • Justify every budget decision with data, ensuring paid spend is never wasted and every channel is heavily optimized.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on paid media execution experience, with a strong preference for experience within e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Proficiency in core ad platforms is required, specifically including hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong working knowledge of e-commerce advertising platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada advertising platforms, is considered a major advantage.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns simultaneously utilizing shared, fluid budget pools.
  • Strong analytical fluency with an absolute comfort living inside dashboards and turning data signals into immediate tactical action.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where execution, continuous optimization, and immediate problem-solving are valued as highly as planning.
