This part-time remote instructor role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of Product Managers through engaging, practical, and industry-focused learning experiences.
You will deliver live online workshops, share real-world product expertise, and help professionals build the skills needed to succeed in modern product roles.
The position combines teaching, mentorship, and subject matter expertise within an innovative digital learning environment.
You will design interactive activities, guide learners through product frameworks, and connect theory with practical business challenges.
This role is ideal for experienced Product Managers who are passionate about education, coaching, and developing future industry talent.
You will collaborate with curriculum teams to continuously improve learning experiences and learner outcomes.

Accountabilities:

As an Instructor - Product Management Workshop/Masterclass, you will deliver high-quality virtual learning experiences while mentoring learners through practical Product Management concepts and real-world applications. You will combine industry expertise with strong facilitation skills to create engaging, interactive workshops that help participants develop job-ready capabilities.

  • Deliver live, instructor-led Product Management workshops for online learner cohorts.
  • Teach key Product Management topics including product strategy, customer discovery, prioritization frameworks, product requirements, metrics, analytics, AI fundamentals, and interview preparation.
  • Prepare and continuously enhance workshop materials, presentations, exercises, case studies, templates, and reference resources.
  • Facilitate interactive discussions, group activities, Q&A sessions, and hands-on product exercises.
  • Use real-world examples and industry scenarios to help learners apply Product Management frameworks effectively.
  • Mentor learners by providing feedback on assignments, activities, and product thinking approaches.
  • Support learners in developing skills related to product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Evaluate learner engagement and progress while maintaining accurate performance records.
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams to improve workshop quality, content relevance, and learner success.
  • Stay current with Product Management best practices, AI-driven product development, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Management professional with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop practical skills. You should have strong communication abilities, industry knowledge, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through engaging instruction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within technology-focused product organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the full Product Management lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, execution, analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with product frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, and product requirement documentation.
  • Experience working at leading technology companies, large-scale organizations, or high-growth product startups is preferred.
  • Prior experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating professional workshops.
  • Strong instructional, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to create high-quality learning materials, presentations, exercises, and case studies.
  • Experience delivering live virtual training using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled product development, experimentation frameworks, Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, or product analytics is a plus.
  • Strong mentoring mindset with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support learner growth.
