Successful Placement Specialists have these skills:

· Time management

· Project prioritization

· Effective interpersonal communication

· Organized

· Able to “make an ask”

· Basic understanding and ability to work with Microsoft products

Job Type: Full Time; Hybrid

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Preferred Qualifications:

· Three years customer engagement skills

· Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer skills: email, web navigation, Word, and Excel

· Previous Salesforce experience

Experience:

· Customer service: 3 years (Required)
