This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Senior Analyst - Global Health Benefits based in United States.
This remote role supports a North American Global Health Benefits sales organization by turning information into actionable insights and helping deliver a smooth experience for prospects, brokers, and clients. You will combine sales support, data analysis, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen new-business opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and other internal partners, you will help move opportunities from quotation through implementation. The role offers a mix of structured processes and problem-solving, with opportunities to contribute to reporting and process improvements. It is well suited to an organized, analytical professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and building collaborative relationships. Your work will directly support sales effectiveness, operational execution, and positive client outcomes.
- Partner with Sales representatives to prepare and submit accurate new-sale quotes, including package and group benefit quotations, in coordination with Underwriting.
- Develop clear, client-focused proposals and customized presentation materials that communicate value and address prospect needs.
- Coordinate new-business implementation activities with internal and external partners, ensuring client requirements and intent are accurately captured throughout the process.
- Support Sales representatives in responding to prospect and broker inquiries, resolving issues, and connecting stakeholders with the appropriate information and resources.
- Prepare and distribute applications and supporting documentation, then coordinate with operational teams through the new-business installation process.
- Maintain accurate new-business and existing-client growth information in Salesforce and produce standard and customized reports to support business decisions.
- Use enterprise tools, quality standards, and sales best practices to conduct ad hoc analysis, identify insights, and support operational priorities.
- Build productive relationships across teams to gather information, resolve issues, coordinate activities, and keep work moving efficiently.
- Contribute to market initiatives and process-improvement projects identified by Sales Administration leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or a related professional role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and research capabilities, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading and document-quality skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated accountability, initiative, responsiveness, and commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Experience supporting a Sales team or working within the group insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management platform is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, office administration, or a related field is preferred.
- For employees working from home occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
- Annual salary of $63,600–$106,000 USD, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
