We are hiring reliable, safety focus, driven teacher for our Onsite Childcare center. Kids SPOT Pediatric Therapy is an established pediatric therapy clinic that provides a UNIQUE childcare program created exclusively for the children of our therapists and clinic staff.

We are seeking a passionate and caring Full-Time Toddler Teacher to support the development and well-being of children in our onsite childcare center. If you love working with young children and want to join a warm, supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for toddlers
• Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and daily activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials

Pay:

$14 - $15 an hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, closed on weekends
• Hours: 8 am to 5pm

• Prior experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be patient, nurturing, and attentive to individual children's needs
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education credentials are a plus
• Ability to work full-time hours in a professional and team-oriented environment
