Premiere Property Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning Technician to provide quality carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services in multifamily properties, residential homes, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, maintains equipment properly, and completes jobs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties.

• Spot-treat stains and clean high-traffic areas to achieve the best possible results.

• Perform water extraction services as needed, including participation in an on-call rotation.

• Properly operate, clean, and maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicles according to company standards.

• Transport hoses, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.

• Complete assigned jobs in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.

• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly upon completion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly move hoses, equipment, and supplies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for water extraction emergencies.

• Previous carpet cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

• IICRC certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
