DESCRIPTION

• Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation
• Handling CRM system and database
• Coordinating between departments (sales, technical, quality, finance)
• Pipeline generations (leads, contacts, opportunities)
• Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts
• Assisting in order processing and tracking
• Liaising with internal and external customers
• Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Supporting technical sales representatives and administrative areas

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
• + 5 years of experience in sales processes and cycles
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
• Proficiency in OFFICE software
• Capacity to generate ideas through data analysis
• Handling customer inquires and complaints diplomatically
• Attention to detail
• Fluent English
