Paramount Builders is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to help homeowners enjoy a great experience from their first appointment through project completion!

You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep daily operations organized.

No construction experience needed — we'll train you!

• Starting pay is $20–$22/hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.

• Schedule installations and measurement appointments.

• Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.

• Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.

• Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Order office and sales supplies.

• Support daily office operations and project completion.
  
  

• 1+ year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail

• Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude

• Comfortable managing changing priorities

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 18 years old
  
  

Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative backgrounds are welcome!

No home improvement experience required.
