Yardi Consultant - Australia (Remote) in Australia- Remote at REDIRECT, INC.

The Yardi Consultant focuses on providing consulting, application support, and software implementation services to clients in Commercial and Corporate real estate markets. This is a dynamic role incorporating a blend of account management, business requirements analysis, system configuration, testing/troubleshooting, and user training/support. Ideal candidates will have significant experience implementing Yardi software.

Develops project plans and manages the implementation within budget and timeline

Analysis of client business needs and assistance in developing specifications for software customization and systems integration

Gathers requirements for data conversions and assists client with preparing for data migration

Manages system testing and rollout activities

Field requests via ticketing system, email and/or phone

Understand and interpret client requests quickly & accurately

Enter and manage cases in support ticket system

Troubleshoot and identify root cause of system issues

Provide remote support for clients

Delivers high quality system training customized to clients business processes

Applies knowledge and best practices while serving as an advisor to the client

Experience with implementing Voyager 7 Commercial, Payables and Accounting is required.

Experience with implementing Payscan, P2P, Job Cost, Investment Accounting, and Elevate modules is strongly preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, financial, and IT management best practices

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

Strong technical aptitude and work experience with technical applications and systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are modified to meet customer needs and level of expertise and sophistication

Experience with MS SQL queries and relational databases is preferred

Bachelors degree in accounting, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience

This is a 100% remote position - Sydney area is preferred

Minimal travel to client sites is possible
