Join Our Team – Saw Operator (Full-Time)

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour


Hours: 40–50 hours per week

Work Environment:

  • Clean, safety-first facility

  • Forging steel in a heavy industrial setting

  • Hands-on, team-oriented atmosphere

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain saw equipment to cut materials to exact specifications

  • Interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine cut dimensions

  • Set up and fine-tune saw blades, guides, and stops for precision

  • Monitor cuts for quality and efficiency throughout the process

  • Inspect finished pieces, making necessary adjustments for accuracy

  • Package and prepare materials for shipment or further production

Requirements
  • Must be able to read a tape measure accurately

  • Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating

  • Mechanical aptitude for equipment use and maintenance

  • Attention to detail for quality control and inspection

  • Overhead crane experience or certification required

  • Forklift experience or certification required

  • Experience with milling machines or similar equipment is a plus
