• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, scheduling, and documentation.

• Handle permit applications, inspections, and communication with city/county agencies.

• Manage customer complaints with professionalism and timely resolution.

• Oversee warranty claims and ensure proper documentation is completed.

• Assist with invoicing, account management, and administrative tasks.
