Director of Brand & Marketing at 5 Percent Nutrition – Seminole, Florida

• Define and execute a bold brand and marketing strategy aligned with the 5% lifestyle and growth goals
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across eCommerce, retail, social, influencer, and event platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of creative and digital marketing professionals
• Oversee brand voice, visual identity, and consistency across all touchpoints
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to optimize strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment
• Build strong partnerships with athletes, influencers, and brand ambassadors
• Represent the 5% Nutrition brand at industry events, expos, and community activations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in consumer goods, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands
• Proven success building and scaling a brand across multiple marketing channels
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer strategy, and social media trends
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Experience working with creative, eCommerce, and product development teams
• Deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer psychology, and trend forecasting
