About This Position
We are a Construction Services group seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and overseeing the construction projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and on-site coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, and team members.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.
- Ensures project compliance with all r polices, OSHA requirements, federal/state/local regulations and Joint Commission requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, subcontractors, and labor crews.
- Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and vendor contracts.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and construction schedules.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants during the planning stage
- General understanding and experience with construction trades
- Manage multiple projects and work crews on various worksites and their weekly routine
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Experience with large scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
