About This Position
Evolve Living is a multifamily management company founded in 2024. Evolve Living is poised for significant growth and is looking for a very strong multisite Assistant Community Manager. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with oversight on day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring a positive living experience for our residents. Your strong administrative, customer service, and collection skills should be the best of the best.
Responsibilities:
-Manage rent collections and process any payments or other fees received and post
in Entrata.
-Assist Community Manager with daily operations.
-Assist with leasing and tours as-needed. Ensure all move-in and move-out
procedures have been followed.
-Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
-Conduct property walks and coordinate closely with maintenance staff for any move-
outs.
-Send renewals each month and track renewal progress in alongside the rest of the
team.
-Enforce delinquency policy for all late rent to include placing phone calls, sending
letters, knocking on doors, and sending three-day notices. Maintain accurate
resident records.
-File for evictions and coordinate eviction activities with attorney.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily property management
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with contract law and leasing procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as work independently
when needed
-Knowledge of Entrata software
