• Lead and manage complex public works design and construction projects.
• Prepare or oversee bid documents, engineering plans, cost estimates, and feasibility reports.
• Direct internal and external engineers, technicians, and consultants.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or biological systems engineering (or related field).
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire; or APWA Stormwater Management Certification.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license at time of hire.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Salary range: $86,854 - $108,567 +/- DOQ. Starting salary is commensurate with qualifications.
