Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Web Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our website chat and email. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers online, provide excellent service, and guide them into our showroom to complete their purchase of high-quality furniture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming chats and emails from website visitors.

• Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and style.

• Share product knowledge, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Encourage and schedule customer visits to the showroom to experience products in person.

• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and drive store traffic.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments.

• Collaborate with in-store sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of customers from online to showroom.

• Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.

• Strong written communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.

• Ability to multitask, manage multiple conversations, and stay organized.

• Comfort with technology, including chat platforms, CRM systems, and email communication.
