Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing. Registered Nursing License, BLS required within 90 days of hire/transfer, ACLS required within 12 months. PALS within 1 year of hire date. 2 years of recent Intensive Care Unit experience.

• Minimum Education
  • Associate degree in nursing or equivalent
• 
  Minimum Experience
  • At least two years of recent RN acute care experience in ICU or CVICU required
• 
  Required Registration/License/Certification
  • Alabama Board of Nursing License
  • ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of hire date
  • BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date
  • PALS within 1 year of hire date
• 
  Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• 
  Preferred Experience
  • Prefer 2-5 years of Critical Care experience.
• 
  Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • CCRN within 2 years of DOH or transfer
