Nursing Assistant at Crouse Hospital – Syracuse, New York

Performs daily care activities to help achieve the goals of the patient care plan as directed by the Registered Professional Nurse.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with current NYS certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or is currently attending an accredited Registered Nursing program and has successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing coursework, a clinical rotation in a hospital setting. Must pass a competency test administered by HR with a minimum score of 76%. Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
