As our Lead Veterinarian, you’ll do more than just practice great medicine—you’ll set the tone for our culture, inspire your team, and uphold the highest clinical standards. You’ll be a mentor, a decision-maker, and a champion for both pets and people.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-tier veterinary care with autonomy and support

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated veterinary professionals

• Oversee clinical and medical operations

• Build lasting relationships with clients and the community

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited program

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Connecticut

• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice; leadership or mentorship experience preferred

• Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment

• Passion for progressive, collaborative veterinary medicine
