We’re looking for a District Manager – Area Manager to oversee operations across five automotive service locations. This pivotal leadership role will directly influence store success, team development, and customer satisfaction. 🔧 Roles & ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentCoach, mentor, and support store managers and staff to improve performance and engagement
Lead by example to foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork
Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings and store visits to develop leadership at the store level
Identify training needs and implement team development plans for growth
Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, processes, and company policies across all locations
Monitor daily store operations and promptly resolve escalated issues
Conduct regular audits on store performance, safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Oversee rollout and adoption of new tools, technologies, and service programs
Drive store-level and district-wide sales and profitability targets
Monitor KPIs including sales, labor, customer satisfaction, and inventory efficiency
Implement strategies to boost average repair orders (AROs), customer retention, and productivity
Manage expenses and promote operational efficiency
Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience across all stores, aligned with brand values
Address customer concerns that escalate beyond store level
Monitor online reviews and lead service improvement initiatives
Enforce brand presentation, signage, and visual merchandising standards
Assist in onboarding new locations and managing store transitions
Partner with leadership to identify new market opportunities and growth strategies
Support local marketing efforts and community engagement with store teams
Provide weekly performance updates to executive leadership with clear insights and action plans
Serve as the communication bridge between corporate leadership and store-level management
Maintain thorough documentation of visits, performance reviews, and follow-up actions
Proven experience managing multiple retail or automotive service locations
Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and KPI management
Exceptional communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between store locations
