Cardiovascular Clinical Advisor at Columbus Regional Health – Columbus, Indiana

What you need to know about this position:

• The Cardiovascular Clinical Advisor reports to the Cardiovascular Service Line Director to support immediate assessments and deliverables to achieve organization and service line strategic goals and initiatives.
• More specifically, this position will partner with teams to develop and ensure clinical standards and processes are compliant and assess and develop plans to enhance the culture and to mentor leaders and team members on development and execution of action plans.
• This position is for a fixed duration (temporary), with a minimum need for 6 months employment. This temporary assignment has potential to evolve into a permanent position within the company but is not guaranteed. The employee will be provided a minimum 30 days written notice before the end of this assignment, with an indication of either a need for extended temporary employment time, change to permanent status, or the end of employment.
• The annualized salary range for this position is between $83,428 - $133,244. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base pay compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
• This position is a salaried/exemption position and will have general hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm though flexible hours may be necessary to meet the needs of our business.

What is required for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent clinical degree required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Indiana or Multi-state license in clinical field required
• Progressive growth in leadership positions over the past 10 years in a healthcare environment with at least 5 years of leadership experience required.
• Administrative services and/or program development experience preferred
