The main functions of the Food Service Worker are the loading and transporting of food trucks, washing of dishes, removal of garbage and trash, and overall sanitation of the department.

4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Monday through Friday, every other weekend, and holidays

Essential Function

Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis,

All cold food products are maintained at 41 degrees or below,

All proper food temperatures must be maintained,

Works with food and supplies according to established guidelines,

All food products must be properly dated, wrapped and labeled,
