Description:
We are a brand new Indian street food truck launching in Redmond and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, love great food, and want to grow with an exciting new business, this is a great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items

• Assist with food prep before and during service

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and food truck

• Help with customer service as needed

• Load/unload supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Basic knife skills

• Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card

• Experience with Indian cooking is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a compact, mobile kitchen

• Positive attitude and willingness to work early mornings
